EFT Tapping: What is it and why you should do it everyday!

So maybe you’ve heard of EFT tapping and maybe you’re like “wtf kind of woo woo shit is that?”. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or tapping is basically psychological acupressure. We hold negative emotions and pain in our energy system. Tapping helps relive those negative emotions and pain by clearing those emotions and pain out of our energy system. Of course there is still research being done but I mean we know that we pass down trauma through our DNA, so this isn’t truly far fetched.

For me personally, EFT has changed my life. I have cleared out old limiting beliefs that have helped manifest a life that I deserve. I think it can help you too!

Tapping is something I do every day because we brush our teeth every day so we should be clearing out our energy system every day as well.
